Phalgunan Thekkethalakkal

Phalgunan Thekkethalakkal, a retired English teacher with over 29 years of experience in education, including 16 years as a district resource person. Co-author of the ‘Mukulam’ resource handbook, he’s been dedicated to promoting quality education in Kannur District, Kerala. With degrees from Payyanur College, St. Thomas College, and Madurai Kamaraj University, he’s made significant contributions to various institutions, including PES Vidyalaya, where he served as Vice-Principal.
