You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once this time frame has passed, the order is processed, and cancellation may not be possible.

To cancel an order, log in to your account on our website and navigate to the “Order History” section. Find the order you wish to cancel and click on the “Cancel” button. If the order is still within the cancellation period, it will be canceled, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

3. Refund Process:

If your order is canceled within the stipulated time frame, any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.

4. Cancellation Outside the Designated Period:
