Hovhannes Toumanian

Hovhannes Tumanyan was an Armenian poet, writer, translator, and prominent figure in both literature and public life. He holds the distinction of being recognized as the national poet of Armenia. Tumanyan’s literary contributions encompassed a wide range of genres, including poems, quatrains, ballads, novels, fables, as well as critical and journalistic articles.
